DEPOSIT

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the lower shock absorber switch (A) after disconnecting the mounting clip (B) and disconnecting the connectors (C).
  3. Turn on the rheostat switch and check the continuity between its terminals.

REMEDY

  1. Install the lower instrument panel switch.
  2. Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
