Removal

  1. Remove the dual clutch assembly. (Refer to Dual Clutch System - "Dual Clutch Assembly")
  2. Remove the release bearing 1 (B) and 2 (A).
  3. Remove the clutch release fork (A) and the release bearing sleeve (B).

Installation

  1. Apply grease to the end of the fork. Specified lubricant: Extreme pressure automotive grease. Amount: 0.1 - 0.2 g
  2. Install the clutch release fork (A) and the bearing sleeve (B) together.

    Tightening Torque: 9.8–11.8 N·m

  3. Install the release bearing 1 (A).
  4. Install the release bearing 2 (A).
  5. Install the dual clutch assembly. (Refer to Dual Clutch System - "Dual Clutch Assembly")
