Description and Operation

In the "DISARM" state, the vehicle start prohibition is not active. Therefore, when a door, hood, or tailgate is open, the horn does not sound and the indicator does not flash.

If the battery is disconnected when the state is not "ARM/ARMWAIT/ALARM/REARM", the B/A state is set to the "DISARM" state.

In the "DISARM" state, the security indicator continues to flash.

In the "ARMWAIT" state, when the "30 sec." timer is running, if the timer reaches "30 seconds", the state changes to the "ARM" state.

If the battery is disconnected in the "ARMWAIT" state, the B/A state is set to "ARMWAIT" and the "30 sec" timer is restarted.

In the "ARMWAIT" state, the security indicator remains lit.

In the "AUTOLOCKTIMER1" state, the "30 sec." timer operates. When this timer expires, an automatic lock command (Lock command) is generated.

When the "Lock command" is executed, all doors are locked and closed, then the B/A state changes from "AUTOLOCKTIMER1" to "ARMWAIT".

In the "AUTOLOCKTIMER1" state, the security indicator continues to flash. In the "AUTOLOCKTIMER1" state, the "30 sec." timer operates. When this timer expires, an automatic lock command (Lock command) is generated. When the "Lock command" is executed, all doors are locked and closed, then the B/A state changes from "AUTOLOCKTIMER1" to "ARMWAIT".

In the "AUTOLOCKTIMER2" state, when the "30 sec." timer is operating, if this timer expires, an automatic lock command (Lock command) is generated.

When all doors are locked, the hood is closed and the trunk lid is closed and the "Lock Command" is executed, the B/A state changes to "AUTOLOCKTIMER2". When the "Lock Command" is generated with the hood open.

When the "Unlock Command" is triggered with all doors closed and the hood open, the B/A state changes to "AUTOLOCKTIMER2".

In the "AUTOLOCKTIMER2" state, the security indicator continues to flash.

The "PREARM" state occurs when the user attempts to arm the system but a precondition is not satisfied (a door, tailgate, or hood is open).

The B/A state changes to "PREARM" when the TX Lock command is received with any door, hood, or tailgate open.

The B/A state changes to "PREARM" when the "30 sec." timer expires in "AUTOLOCKTIMER2" with the hood or tailgate open.

The "PREARM" state changes to "ARM" when all doors are closed, all doors are locked, and the hood and tailgate are closed.

The "PREARM" state changes to "DISARM" when any door is unlocked.

In this state, the security indicator continues to flash.

In the "REARM" state, if vehicle intrusion is detected, the indicator flashes and the horn sounds again, and the state changes to the "ALARM" state.

The B/A state changes to "REARM" after the "27 sec." timer expires in the "ALARM" state, when all doors are closed and locked.

The security indicator continues to flash.

The B/A state changes to "AUTOLOCKTIMER3" when the TX-Tailgate command is operated.

The B/A state changes "AUTOLOCKTIMER3" to "ARMWAIT" when the "30 sec." timer expires after all doors are locked and closed.

The B/A state changes "AUTOLOCKTIMER3" to "DISARM" when any door is opened.

In the "AUTOLOCKTIMER3" state, the "30 sec." timer operates. If this timer expires, the state changes to "PREARM" with the tailgate open.

In this state, the security indicator continues to flash.
