Repair Procedures

Inspection

1. 1
   Disconnect the connectors from each motor. (Refer to Body - "Front Seat Assembly") A: Slide Motor B: Rear Height Motor C: Front Height Motor D: Lumbar Support Motor (Vertical) E: Lumbar Support Motor (Horizontal) F: Back Motor G: Cushion Extension Motor

   Connect the battery directly to the motor terminals and check that the motors operate smoothly.

   Reverse the connections and check that the motor rotates in the opposite direction.
4. 4
   If there are any abnormalities, replace the motors.

   Disconnect the limit switch and check the limit switch.
6. 6
   Check the circuit between the terminals for continuity.

   Make sure that the seat operates normally in the reverse direction after maximum operation.

   If out of specification, replace the limit switch.
