Repair Procedures

Removal

Blower Cushion
  1. Remove the front seat assembly. (Refer to Body - "Front Seat Assembly")
  2. Remove the cushion fan by loosening the screws (3 pcs) and disconnecting the connector. [Front Seat]

  3. Remove the front seat assembly. (Refer to Body - "Front Seat Assembly")
  4. Remove the seat back (A).

    • Grasp both lower sides of the seatback, then remove it in the direction of the arrow.
    • Be careful not to damage the fixing clips.

  5. Remove the duct after removing the screws and disconnecting the connector.

  6. Remove the front seat assembly. (Refer to Body - "Front Seat Assembly")
  7. Remove the air ventilation unit (A) after loosening the screws (2 pcs) and disconnecting the connector.

Installation

Blower Cushion
  1. Install the cushion fan.
  2. Install the front seat assembly.
  3. Install the duct.
  4. Install the seat back.
  5. Install the front seat assembly.
  6. Install the ventilation unit.
  7. Install the front seat assembly.
