Rear View Monitor Parking Assist Function

When you move the Shift lever to the R (Reverse) position, the outside mirror(s) will tilt down to assist in reversing. The outside mirror switch position (1) determines which mirrors will move:

Left/Right: When either the L (Left) or R (Right) switch is selected, both outside mirrors will move.

Neutral: When neither switch is selected, the outside mirrors will not move.

The outside mirrors will automatically return to their original position if one of the following occurs:

• The ignition switch is in either the LOCK/OFF position or the ACC position.
• The shift lever is moved to any position other than R (Reverse).
• The outside mirror remote control switch is not selected.
