Repair Procedures

Replacement

[Front]

  1. Remove the headliner assembly. (Refer to Headliner - "Headliner Assembly")
  2. Remove the front sunroof glass. (Refer to Sunroof - "Sunroof Glass")
  3. Press the stopper pin and remove the drain hose (A).

  4. Loosen the mounting nuts and remove the front sunroof assembly (A).

    Tightening torque: 7.8–11.8 N·m

  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.

    • After replacing the sliding glass, adjust the alignment if necessary.

[Rear]

  1. Remove the headliner assembly. (Refer to Headliner - "Headliner Assembly")
  2. Loosen the mounting nuts and remove the rear sunroof assembly (A).

    Tightening torque: 7.8–11.8 N·m

  3. Install in the reverse order of removal.
