With the ignition on, proceed as follows.

MIST: To perform a single wiping cycle, move the lever to this position (mist), then release it. If the lever is held in this position, the wipers operate continuously.

O/OFF: Wipers off

--- / INT: The wipers operate intermittently at a set interval. Use this mode in light rain or fog. To adjust the interval, turn the speed control knob.

1 / LO: Wipers at normal speed

2 / HI: Wipers at high speed

Information

If snow or ice has accumulated heavily on the windshield, defrost it for approximately 10 minutes, or until the snow and/or ice has melted, before using the wipers, to make sure they operate correctly. If you do not remove snow and/or ice from the wipers and washer before use, you risk damaging them.
