Folding the Exterior Mirrors

To fold the outside mirror, hold it by the housing and fold it toward the rear of the vehicle.

Electric Type (if equipped)

Left-Hand Drive

Right-Hand Drive

Left-Hand Drive

Left: The mirror folds.

Right: The mirror folds.

Right-Hand Drive

Left: The mirrors fold.

Right: The mirror folds.

Center (AUTO):

The mirrors fold or unfold automatically as follows:

• Without Smart Key System
  - The mirrors fold or unfold when the doors are locked or unlocked using the transmitter (if equipped).
• With Smart Key System
  - The mirrors fold or unfold when the doors are locked or unlocked with the Smart Key.
  - The mirrors fold or unfold when the doors are locked or unlocked using the buttons on the outside door handles.
  - The mirrors fold when approaching the vehicle (with all doors closed and locked) using the electronic key (if equipped).

Noted

Power outside mirrors operate even when the ignition switch is in the OFF position. However, to prevent unnecessary battery discharge, do not spend more time than necessary adjusting the mirrors when the engine is off.

Do not fold power outside mirrors manually. You may risk damaging the motor.
