Outside Mirror

Always adjust the mirrors before starting to drive.
Your vehicle is equipped with a left and right outside mirror.
The mirrors can be adjusted remotely using the switch.
The mirror housings can be folded to prevent damage when driving through an automatic car wash or when the street is narrow.
WARNING
- The right outside mirror is convex. In some countries, the left outside mirror is also convex. Objects seen in this type of mirror are closer than they appear.
- Use the inside mirror or turn your head to determine the actual distance from the vehicles following you when you change lanes.
WARNING
Do not adjust or fold the outside mirrors while you are driving. You could lose control of the vehicle and cause an accident.
WARNING
- Do not scrape ice from the mirror to avoid damaging its surface.
- If the mirror is blocked by ice, do not force the adjustment. Use an approved de-icer (not engine coolant/antifreeze) or a sponge or soft cloth soaked in very hot water, or park the vehicle in a warm place to let the ice melt.

2. Use the mirror adjustment control (2) to adjust the selected mirror up, down, left, or right.
3. After adjusting the mirrors, turn the control to the neutral (center) position to prevent accidental changes to the settings.
NOTICE
- The mirrors stop moving when they reach their maximum angles, but the motor continues to run as long as the switch is pressed. Do not hold the switch longer than necessary to avoid damaging the motor.
- Do not try to adjust the outside mirrors manually, as you may damage the motor.
