Automatic reverse (if equipped)

If the window detects an obstacle during automatic closing, it stops, then automatically lowers approximately 30 cm (12 in) so it can be removed. If the window encounters resistance while the switch is held in the up position, it stops, then lowers approximately 2.5 cm (1 in).
If the power window switch is held up again within 5 seconds after the window has been lowered by the automatic reverse function, the latter will not be activated again.
Information
The automatic reverse function is active only if you activate the automatic up function by pulling the switch to the second detent.
WARNING
Before closing the windows, be sure to remove any obstacles that could interfere with their operation (body parts or objects) to avoid injury and vehicle damage. Objects less than 4 mm (0.16 in) in diameter trapped between the glass and the upper edge of the window frame may not be detected by the automatic reverse function, and the window will continue to close.
