  • The alert stops when the Smart Key leaves the detection zone during the detection and warning phase.

  • The Smart Liftgate function will not operate in the following situations:
    - The Smart Key is near a radio transmitter, such as a broadcasting station or airport, which may interfere with its operation.
    - The Smart Key is near a two-way mobile radio system or cellular phone.
    - The Smart Key of another vehicle is active nearby.
  • The detection range may change in the following situations:
    - One side of the vehicle is raised for tire inspection or replacement.
    - The vehicle is parked on a slope or on an unpaved road, etc.
