Easy Access Function

The system will automatically move the driver's seat as follows:

• With conventional key
  - The driver's seat moves rearward when the key is removed from the ignition switch.
  - The driver's seat moves forward when the ignition key is inserted.
• With smart key
  - The driver's seat moves rearward when the engine start/stop button is pressed to the OFF position.
  - The driver's seat moves forward when the engine start/stop button is pressed to the ACC or START position.

You can enable or disable the easy access function in the user settings mode on the LCD. "Convenience -> Easy Access Seat -> Off/Normal/Extended".

CAUTION

The driver must use this function carefully to avoid injuring a passenger or child in the rear seat. In case of danger, the driver must stop the forward seat movement (when the easy access function is activated) by pressing the SET button or any of the driver's seat control switches.
