To prevent fogging of the inside of the windshield

1. Select any blower speed except the "0" position.

2. Select the desired temperature.

3. Press the defogger button ( ).

4. Outside (fresh) air will be selected automatically. In addition, the air conditioning (if equipped) will operate automatically when the position is selected.

If the air conditioner and fresh air position are not selected automatically, press the corresponding button manually.

To defrost the windshield from the outside

1. Set the fan speed to the highest (far right) position.

2. Set the temperature to maximum.

3. Press the defogger button ( ).

4. Outside (fresh) air and the air conditioning (if equipped) will be selected automatically.
