Steering Wheel Tilt Adjustment (if equipped)
The steering wheel tilt adjustment allows you to set the steering wheel position before driving.
In addition, with this system the steering wheel can be raised to its highest position when getting in and out of the vehicle to provide more legroom.
The steering wheel should be positioned so that you can operate the vehicle comfortably, while not blocking the instruments and warning lamps.
WARNING
• Never adjust the steering wheel tilt while the vehicle is moving. This may result in loss of control, causing serious injury or a traffic accident.
• After adjusting, try to move the steering wheel up and down to make sure it is securely locked.

To change the steering wheel tilt angle, lower the lock lever (1), adjust the steering wheel position (2), then raise the lock lever to secure the steering wheel in the new position. Make sure the steering wheel is in the correct position before driving.
