Description

The hydraulic system consists of the ATF, oil filter, oil pump and valve body (valves and solenoid valves). The oil pump is driven by the engine. ATF passes through the oil filter and is distributed through the oil passages. The oil becomes high pressure at the oil pump outlet and passes through the pressure regulator valve before being supplied to the clutch and brake control valves, clutches and brakes. The TCM regulates hydraulic pressure using the solenoid valves and controls the operation of the clutches and brakes.
