- Camera Input
Item Specification Lens Viewing Angle 190 degrees Viewing Angle Horizontal 186 degrees Vertical 135 degrees Function Provides the original wide-angle image
(without additional function)Application Location The same camera is used for front, rear, left, and right - SVM Image Output. The SVM unit performs distortion compensation and combines video images from four cameras installed around the vehicle, displays steering wheel lock guidance and other information, and outputs them as analog video.
- SVM Switch. When the switch is in the ON position, it is used as a control input signal that controls the front view mode.
- Ignition Input. The SVM unit outputs images only when IGN2 is ON. When IGN2 is OFF, the SVM status is OFF, which restricts image output. The SVM unit uses signals received through the IGN circuit or M_CAN communication to determine whether IGN2 is ON or OFF.
- Output Switch Indicator Lamp. The SVM devices supply power through PWM waves from the LED located in the SVM switch to indicate to the user whether the switch has been pressed.
- Chassis CAN Input (C_CAN). The SVM unit uses C_CAN to receive vehicle status information and to decide on the main SVM operation.
- Multimedia CAN Input/Output (M_CAN). The SVM unit uses M_CAN to communicate with the AVN, which displays images from the SVM, to send and receive the following information.
- Send SVM mode change requests for SVM output images (e.g., Navi mode → SVM mode).
- Send SVM view change requests from the user.
- Send compensation coordinates for tolerance compensation.
- Send warning messages to be displayed on the AVN.
- Send any changes to user parameters.
