Description

The curtain airbags are installed inside the roof trim (left and RH) and protect the driver and passenger in the event of a side collision. The SRSCM determines deployment of the curtain airbag using the side impact sensor (SIS) signal.
Never attempt to measure the resistance of the airbag circuit or the airbag module, even if you use the specified tester. If the circuit resistance is measured with a tester, accidental airbag deployment may cause serious injury.
