Removal

  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Relieve the residual fuel pressure in the fuel line (refer to "Relieve Residual Fuel Pressure" in this group).
  3. Disconnect the injector connector (A).
  4. Remove the wire harness bracket mounting bolt (B).
  5. Remove the mounting nut, then disconnect the fuel supply tube (C).
  6. Remove the mounting bolt (D), then remove the delivery pipe and injector assembly from the engine.

Installation

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal. Delivery pipe bolt: 18.6 ~ 24 N·m Delivery pipe nut (Fuel feed tube): 7.8 ~ 9.8 N·m
