Removal

  1. Raise the vehicle.
  2. Disconnect the fuel tank hose (A).
  3. Disconnect the vent hose (B) from the fuel tank air filter.
  4. Open the fuel filler door and remove the filler neck mounting screw (A).
  5. Remove the rear LH wheel, tire and inner wheel housing.
  6. Remove the filler neck assembly from the vehicle by removing the bracket mounting bolt (A).

Installation

  1. Install in the reverse order of removal. Filler neck bracket bolt: 3.9 ~ 5.9 N·m
