Removal

  1. Open the sunshade using the panoramic sunroof switch.
    • Leave 10 ~ 20 cm (0.3937 ~ 0.7874 in.) of the sunshade unopened.
  2. Remove the headliner. (Refer to Headliner - "Headliner Assembly")
  3. Remove the sunshade rod (C) by pressing the upper part of the stopper pin (B) located on both sides of the roller blind shoe (A).
  4. Insert the fixed pin (B) into the hole located inside the slot of the right side blind bracket (A). Be careful not to release the tension.
  5. Remove the blind lower support (A) by loosening the mounting screws.

Installation

  1. Install the blind side bracket (A) into the guide slot (B).
  2. Tighten the mounting screws after installing the blind lower support (A).
  3. Remove the locking pin (B) located inside the right side blind bracket (A).
  4. Install the sunshade rod (A) over the sunshade shoe (B).
  5. Insert the sunshade rod (A) into the sunshade shoe (B).
  6. Install the headliner.
  7. Fully close the sliding glass using the sunroof switch.
    • Blind Tension Adjustment
    1. Insert the fixed pin (B) into the hole located inside the slot of the right side blind bracket (A). Be careful not to release the tension.
    2. Remove the lower support of the roller blind.
    3. Press the stopper pin (A), then remove and push the blind (B) in the direction indicated by the arrow.
    4. Remove the blind (A) from the blind support bracket (B).
    5. Remove the fixed pin (B) from the slot of the right side blind bracket (A).
      • Be careful not to injure your hand when the tension of the blind side bracket is released.
    6. Turn the blind roller (B) while holding the blind side bracket (A).
      • Be careful not to injure your hand when the tension of the blind side bracket is released.
      • Turn it 12 times clockwise.
    7. Insert the fixed pin (B) into the hole located inside the slot of the right side blind bracket (A). Be careful not to release the tension.
    8. Install the roller blind on the roller blind support bracket.
