~1min read

Lock (1)

When the lock button is pressed, all doors (and the tailgate) are locked, provided all doors are closed.

The hazard warning lights flash once briefly to indicate that all doors have been locked.

However, if a door (or the hood or tailgate) remains open, the hazard warning lights do not illuminate. If all doors, the hood, and the tailgate are closed after pressing the lock button, the hazard warning lights flash once.

Unlock (2)

When the unlock button is pressed, all doors (and the tailgate) are unlocked.

The hazard warning lights flash twice briefly to indicate that all doors have been unlocked.

If no door is opened within 30 seconds after pressing the button, all doors automatically lock again.

Unlocking the tailgate (3) (if equipped)

If the button is pressed for longer than 1 second, the tailgate unlocks.

The turn signal lights flash twice briefly to indicate that the tailgate is unlocked.

If the tailgate is not opened within 30 seconds after pressing the button, the tailgate automatically locks again. In addition, the tailgate automatically locks when it is opened and then closed again.

Press the tailgate open button to open the tailgate. In addition, you must have the remote control with you. Then the tailgate can be opened.

❈ The button is marked "HOLD". Press and hold it for at least 1 second.
