Energy saving function

  • This function is designed to prevent the battery from being discharged. The system automatically turns off the parking lights when the driver turns the ignition key to OFF (Smart key: Engine stop button) and opens the driver's door.
  • With this setting, the headlights will turn off automatically when the driver parks the vehicle at the roadside at night. If the headlights should come on after removing the ignition key (Smart key: Engine stop button), proceed as follows:

1. Open the driver's door.

2. Turn the parking lights on again using the light switch on the steering column: OFF, then ON.
