To open the sunroof, push the sunroof switch upward until the sunroof reaches the desired position. To close the sunroof, push the sunroof switch forward until the sunroof reaches the desired position.
WARNING
- Make sure that heads, other body parts, or objects cannot become trapped in the sunroof, to prevent injury or damage to the vehicle.
- Never adjust the sunroof or sunshade while driving. This may cause loss of control of the vehicle and result in an accident.
- Do not extend your head, arms, or body out of the sunroof while driving, as this may result in serious injury or death.
WARNING
- Regularly remove debris that accumulates in the guide rails.
- Do not attempt to open the sunroof if it is frozen or covered with snow. The sunroof motor or glass panel could be damaged.
- If the sunroof is used for a long time, dust may accumulate between the sunroof and the headliner and cause a rattling noise. Open the sunroof and regularly remove the dust with a clean cloth.
- The sunroof is designed to slide back together with the sunshade. Do not leave the sunshade closed while the sunroof is open.
