Hazard Warning Flasher

The hazard warning flasher alerts other drivers to exercise extreme caution when approaching, passing, or overtaking your vehicle. It should be used in emergencies, when the vehicle is being serviced, or when the vehicle is stopped at the edge of the roadway. Press the hazard warning switch with the ignition on, in any switch position. The hazard switch is located in the center of the instrument panel. All turn signal indicators will flash at the same time.

  • The hazard warning flasher operates whether or not the vehicle is running.
  • The turn signals do not operate when the hazard warning flasher is on.
  • The hazard warning lights must always be on while the vehicle is being towed.
