Headlight (Headlamp) Follow Me Home Feature

The headlights (and/or tail lights) remain on for approximately 5 minutes after the ignition key is removed or turned to the ACC or LOCK position. However, if the driver's door is opened and closed, the headlights turn off after 15 seconds.

The headlamps can be turned off by pressing the lock button on the transmitter or smart key twice, or by turning the light switch to the OFF or AUTO position.

Interior Light

When the interior light switch is in the DOOR position and all doors (and the trunk) are locked and closed, the room lamp will illuminate for 30 seconds if one of the following occurs:

• Without smart key system
  - When the door unlock button on the transmitter is pressed.
• With smart key system
  - When the door unlock button on the smart key is pressed.
  - When the button on the outside door handle is pressed.

During this time, if you press the door lock button, the lamps will turn off immediately.

Map Lamp

When all doors are locked and closed, the map lamp will illuminate for 15 seconds if one of the following occurs:

• With Smart Key System

- When the unlock button on the Smart Key is pressed.
- When the button on the outside door handle is pressed.

During this time, if you press the door lock button, the lamps will turn off immediately.
