Repair Procedures

Replacement

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the heater unit. (Refer to Heater - "Heater")
  3. Remove the evaporator temperature sensor. (Refer to Air Conditioning System - "Evaporator Temperature Sensor")
  4. Remove the lower heater cover (A) after loosening the mounting screws.
  5. Remove the evaporator core (A) from the heater unit.
  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
