Removal and Storage of Spare Tire

Turn the wing bolt securing the tire counterclockwise.

Store the tire in the reverse order of removal.

To prevent the spare tire and tools from rattling while driving, store them properly.

If the tire clamp wing bolt is difficult to loosen by hand, you can loosen it easily with the jack handle.

1. Insert the jack handle (1) into the tire clamp wing bolt.

2. Turn the wing bolt holding the tire counterclockwise using the jack handle.

WARNING

Make sure the spare tire carrier is properly aligned with the center of the spare tire to prevent the tire from rattling.

Otherwise, the tire may fall off the carrier and cause an accident.
