Programmable heating

The programmable heating operates independently of the engine.
With the engine off, it preheats the coolant circuit so that the engine reaches its optimum operating temperature as soon as it starts.
The programmable heating system is switched on using the long-range remote control.
It can start immediately or be delayed using the programming function.
If the programmable heating system malfunctions, contact a PEUGEOT dealer.
Programming remote control
The heating programming remote control consists of the following keys and displays:
- Keys for scrolling through the functions.
- Function indicators: clock symbol, temperature, operating time, programmed time, heater operation, heating management.
- Digital displays: time, temperature, operating time, programmed time or heating level.
- Off key.
- On key.

As an accessory, an adaptation of your programmable heater allows it to be used to pre-heat the passenger compartment of your vehicle.

Always switch off the
programmable heater while refuelling to avoid any risk of fire or explosion.
To avoid the risk of poisoning and asphyxiation, the programmable heater must not be used, even for short periods, in enclosed spaces such as garages or workshops not equipped with an exhaust gas extraction system.
Do not park the vehicle on a flammable surface (dry grass, dead leaves, paper...), as there is a risk of fire.
The programmable heating system is supplied from the vehicle's fuel tank. Before use, make sure the amount of fuel remaining is sufficient. If the fuel tank is on reserve, we strongly recommend not programming the heater.
