Rear head restraints

In-use position

Raise the head restraint fully to use it in the upper position. Check that it is locked correctly.

Folding

Press button A and lower the head restraint fully.

A fully lowered head restraint is in the folded position. Do not fold the head restraint when a passenger is seated in that position.

Removing the head restraint

Raise the head restraint as high as possible, then press button A and remove the head restraint.

Fitting the head restraint

Insert the posts into the guides and slide the head restraint in until it locks, to use it in the upper position.

Check that it is properly locked.

Head restraints are safety-related equipment. They must always be correctly installed and adjusted in the seat backrests. The top of the head restraint should be as close as possible to the top of the head.
