Tightening torques
front height sensor fixing screw 8 N.m

REMOVAL

  • Disconnect the connector.
  • Remove:
  • the clip (1),
  • the fixing screw (2) of the front height sensor.

INSTALLATION

  • Position the sensor with its bracket on the vehicle.

    Tighten the front height sensor fixing screw to torque (8 N.m).

WARNING: Always replace the clip (1) after each removal.

Note:
  • The front sensor does not have the same electronic characteristics as the rear sensor, so it is very important not to swap them.
  • The front sensor has a yellow colour marking.
  • Always perform an initialisation of the xenon lamp system (Chapter Xenon Lamps, Xenon Headlamps: Adjustment, page 80C-14) and adjust the headlamps.
