COLD LOOP SUB-FUNCTION:
* : When air conditioning is requested with the engine at idle and vehicle speed = 0 km/h, ET022 will always be "ACTIVE" and ET021 "INACTIVE" (except refrigerant pressure > 15 bar, vehicle speed = 0 km/h and high coolant temperature). The cooling fans (GMV) are inhibited under certain coolant temperature conditions while driving.
When the UPC no longer receives the multiplexed signals from the injection system, the cooling fans (GMV) are permanently switched on.
