Power windows, electric sunroof
These systems operate with the ignition on or off until a front door is opened (limited to approximately 3 minutes).
Rear occupant safetyThe driver can disable the operation of the windows and, depending on the vehicle, the rear doors by pressing control 4. The built-in indicator light on the control comes on to confirm locking.
Driver's responsibility
Never leave your vehicle with the RENAULT card inside while a child (or an animal) is inside, even for a short time. The child could endanger themselves or others by starting the engine, operating equipment such as the electric windows, or locking the doors. If a part of the body becomes trapped, immediately reverse the direction of the window by pressing the relevant control.
Risk of serious injury.

Electric windows
Press or pull the window switch to lower or raise the window to the desired height. The rear windows do not lower fully.
One-touch mode
This mode is in addition to the electric window operation described previously.
It may be fitted to the front windows only or to all windows.
Press or pull the control for a window fully and briefly: the window goes fully up or down. Pressing the control again stops the window.

From the driver's seat, operate the switches:
- for the driver's side;
- for the front passenger side;
- and 5 for the rear passengers.
From the passenger seats, operate switch 6.
Note: if a window meets resistance at the end of its travel (fingers, tree branch, etc.), it stops and then lowers again by a few centimetres.
Do not rest objects on a partially open window: risk of damaging the window regulator.
Blind
- opening: push handle 7 upwards, then guide it to the roller;
- closing: pull handle 7 until it clicks into the latch.

Sunroof
- Open the blind
- Partial opening: turn knob 9 to position A;
- Opening: turn knob 9 to position B, C or D depending on the desired opening;
- Closing: set knob 9 to position 0.
Special feature
Your vehicle is fitted with a driver's effort limiter: when the sunroof glass meets resistance at the end of its travel (e.g. a person's fingers...), it stops, then moves back a few centimetres.
Driver's responsibilityNever leave your vehicle with the RENAULT card inside and a child (or an animal) left in it, even for a short time.
Indeed, the person could put themselves or others at risk by starting the engine, operating equipment such as the sunroof, or locking the doors.
If a part of the body becomes trapped, immediately reverse the direction of travel by turning button 9 fully to the right (position D).
Risk of serious injury.
Remote window closing (vehicles with one-touch window switches on all windows).
When locking the doors from outside, if you press the lock button on the RENAULT card, or the driver's door in "hands-free" mode, twice in quick succession, all windows close automatically.
It is recommended to use the system only when the user can clearly see the vehicle and no one is inside.
Note: locking with the RENAULT card deactivates hands-free mode.
Closing the windows may cause serious injury.
On vehicles so equipped, this operation will activate the super-locking.Make sure that no one remains inside the vehicle.
Operating faults
Electric windows
If a window fails to close, the system switches to non-one-touch mode: pull the relevant switch as many times as necessary until the window is fully closed (the window moves up step by step). Hold the switch (in the closing direction) for three seconds, then lower and raise the window fully to reset the system.
If necessary, contact your Brand Representative.
Electric sunroof
If the roof refuses to close, turn knob 9 to position 0, then press button 8 until the sunroof is fully closed: consult a Brand Representative.
Warning: during this operation, the sunroof anti-trapping function is deactivated. Consult your Renault dealer as soon as possible.Precautions for use
- make sure the sunroof is fully closed when you leave your vehicle;
- clean the seal every three months using the products approved by our technical departments;
- do not open the sunroof immediately after driving in the rain or after washing your vehicle.
- Vehicle with roof bars
In general, when the roof is loaded, it is not recommended to operate the sunroof.
Before operating the sunroof, check the items and/or accessories (bicycle carriers, roof box...) fitted to the roof bars: they must be correctly positioned and secured, and their bulk must not prevent the sunroof from operating correctly.
Contact your brand representative to find out about possible adaptations.
