Tightening torques
oil pump mounting bolts 2.5 daN.m

REMOVAL

  • Position the vehicle on a two-post lift.
  • Disconnect the battery (see Electrical Equipment chapter).
  • Remove the engine undershield.
  • Drain the engine oil.
  • Remove the sump (see Engine Assembly and Lower Engine, Sump, page 10A-13).

Example for F9Q engine

Pompe à huile
  • Remove:
  • the screw (1) and the anti-emulsion plate,
  • the oil pump screws (2),
  • the oil pump

INSTALLATION

  • Refit in the reverse order of removal.
  • Torque the oil pump fixing bolts (2.5 daN.m).
  • Refit the sump (Chapter Engine Assembly and Lower Engine, Sump, page 10A-13)
  • Refill the engine oil.
WARNING

Connect the battery; carry out the necessary re-learns (see Electrical Equipment chapter).
