Releasing the EPB

  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Connect the GDS to the Data Link Connector (DLC) located under the instrument panel.
  3. Select and follow the instructions on the GDS screen.
    1. Select the vehicle model name.
    2. Select EPB.
    3. Select "Apply Test".
