Before using the Bluetooth® audio/phone, you must register a Bluetooth® device with the system. Up to 5 Bluetooth® devices can be registered.

Registration mode for a Bluetooth® device

  1. Press the "MENU" knob and select "Bluetooth*" by turning the knob.
  2. Press the knob and select "Pairing" by turning the knob.

A passkey will be displayed.

  • SSP (Secure Simple Pairing) incompatible Bluetooth® devices: Enter the passkey on the device.

    • SSP (Secure Simple Pairing) compatible Bluetooth® devices: Select "Yes" to register the device. Depending on the type of device, it may register automatically.

    If a Bluetooth® device has both the portable player function and the mobile phone function, both functions will be registered at the same time. When the device is deleted, both functions will be deleted at the same time.

    If the phone off-hook switch is pressed and "TEL" mode is entered when no phones are registered, the registration screen will appear automatically.
