Using the "SETUP" Menu ("TEL" Menu)

Adding a New Phone Number

Use the "MENU" knob to select "Add contacts".

• Transferring All Contacts from the Mobile Phone: Use the "MENU" knob to select "Overwrite all", then press(Yes).
• Transferring One Contact from the Mobile Phone: Use the "MENU" knob to select "Add one contact", then press(Yes).

Setting Speed Dials

   Use the "MENU" knob to select "Add SD".

   Use the knob to select the desired data.

   Press the desired preset button (from[1] a [5]).

Deleting the Call History

Use the "MENU" knob to select "Delete call history".

• Deleting the Outgoing Call History

   Use the "MENU" knob to select "Outgoing calls".

   Use the knob to select the desired phone number, then press(Yes).

To delete all outgoing call history data, press(All), then press(Yes).

• Deleting the Incoming Call History

   Use the "MENU" knob to select "Incoming calls".

   Use the knob to select the desired phone number, then press (Yes).

To delete all incoming call history data, press(All), then press(Yes).

• Deleting the Missed Call History

   Use the "MENU" knob to select "Missed calls".

   Use the knob to select the desired phone number, then press(Yes).

To delete all missed call history data, press(All), then press(Yes).

• Deleting a Number from All Call Histories (Outgoing Calls, Incoming Calls and Missed Calls)

   Use the "MENU" knob to select "All calls".

   Use the knob to select the desired phone number, then press(Yes).

To delete all call history data, press(All), then press(Yes).

Deleting a Registered Phone Number

   Use the "MENU" knob to select "Delete contacts".

   Use the knob to select the desired phone number, then press(Yes).

To delete all registered phone numbers, press(All), then press(Yes).

Press(A-Z) to display the registered names in alphabetical order.

Deleting Phonebook Data

   Use the "MENU" knob to select "Delete phonebook".

   Use the knob to select the desired phonebook, then press(Yes).

Setting the Call Volume

   Use the "MENU" knob to select "Call volume".

   Adjust the call volume.

To decrease the volume: Turn the knob counterclockwise.

To increase the volume: Turn the knob clockwise.

To adjust the volume, press(Back).

Setting the Ringtone Volume

   Use the "MENU" knob to select "Ringtone volume".

   Adjust the ringtone volume.

To decrease the volume: Turn the knob counterclockwise.

To increase the volume: Turn the knob clockwise.

To adjust the volume, press(Back).

Setting the Ringtone

   Use the "MENU" knob to select "Ringtone".

   Use the knob to select a ringtone (1 to 3). To set the selected ringtone, press(Back).

Transferring Call Histories

Use the "MENU" knob to select "Transfer histories", then press(Yes).

■ Phone number Up to 1,000 names can be stored.

■ Call history Up to 10 numbers can be stored in each of the outgoing calls, incoming calls and missed calls histories.

■ Limit on the number of digits The system can store phone numbers with up to 24 digits.
