Description

The power steering ecu supplies the current to the power steering motor through the motor circuit.

Inspection procedure
  1. Read value of intelligent tester (motor voltage)
  2. Connect the intelligent tester (with can vim) to the dlc3.
  3. Turn the ignition switch on and press the intelligent tester main switch on.
  4. Select the items "mtr terminal(u)", "mtr terminal(v)", "mtr terminal(w)" in the data list and read the value displayed on the intelligent tester.
