Removing

Torque wrench -V.A.G 1331-

Removing and installing door arrester
  • Remove front door trim → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70.
  • Remove self-adhesive cover or front loudspeaker → Communication; Rep. gr.91.
  • Unscrew bolt -2- in A-pillar.
  • Unscrew bolts -3- and remove door arrester -1- through the opening of the loudspeaker -arrow a-.

Installing
Removing and installing door arrester

Install in reverse order of removal.

Specified torques
