Verwenden von Apple® CarPlay®

To use CarPlay¹, the Siri voice control must be activated in your iOS device. The device must also have an Internet connection via Wi- Fi or a mobile network for all functions to work.

Anschließen eines iOS-Geräts und Starten von CarPlay

So starten Sie CarPlay mit einem iOS-Gerät, das zuvor nicht angeschlossen war:

   Schließen Sie das iOS-Gerät, das CarPlay unterstützt, an einen USB-Anschluss an. Wenn zwei USB-Anschlüsse vorhanden sind, verwenden Sie den mit dem weißen Rahmen.

   Lesen Sie die Geschäftsbedingungen und tippen Sie dann auf Akzeptieren, um die Verbindung herzustellen.

   • Die CarPlay-Kachel wird geöffnet und kompatible Apps werden angezeigt.

   Tap the desired app.

CarPlay starten

So starten Sie CarPlay mit einem iOS-Gerät, das zuvor angeschlossen war:

   Connect an iOS device to the USB port. If there are two USB ports, use the one with the white frame.

   • Wenn die Einstellung für den automatischen Start ausgewählt ist – wird der Name des Geräts angezeigt. Die CarPlay-Kachel wird automatisch geöffnet, wenn bei angeschlossenem iOS-Gerät die Startansicht angezeigt wird.

   Wenn sich die CarPlay-Kachel nicht automatisch öffnet, tippen Sie auf den Gerätenamen. Die CarPlay-Kachel wird geöffnet und kompatible Apps werden angezeigt.

   If any other app is active in the same tile, tap Apple CarPlay in App view.

   Tap the desired app.

   • Die App wird gestartet.

CarPlay will run in the background if another app is started, or is already active when the device is connected, in the same view. To display CarPlay in the tile, tap the CarPlay icon in App view.

   Uncheck the box for the iOS device that should no longer start CarPlay automatically when the USB cable is connected.

   Open the iPod app from App view.

   Remove and then reinsert the iOS device into the USB port.
