REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. One or two wire hooks are required to remove the air vents. They can be made locally.

2. Bend the wire tool (3 mm diameter) as shown in the illustration. Dimension x = 6 mm. Center and side vents

3. Insert the tools (A) into the air outlets and evenly pull the vents out of the instrument panel.

CAUTION

Hook tool (B) behind the housing to avoid damaging the vents.

4. Remove the instrument panel outer trim.

5. Unscrew the thread-forming nuts (A) and remove the vent (B in the illustration) from the instrument panel outer trim.
