Child seats of group 2/3

A suitable child seat, used with a correctly positioned seat belt, can protect your child!

For children up to approximately 12 years old, under 1.50 m tall and weighing between 15 and 36 kg, preferably use child seats in combination with the three-point seat belts => fig. 194 or fig. 193.

When installing and using these seats, observe the legal requirements and the instructions of the child seat manufacturer, see "Important safety information on using child seats".

CAUTION!

The shoulder strap must cross roughly the middle of the shoulder and lie flat against the chest. It must never pass over the neck. The lap portion must pass across the hips and lie flat. It must never pass over the stomach. If necessary, tighten the strap slightly.

Note

It is recommended to install child seats with a backrest.
