Indicator lamps
Indicator 2 flashes red and a warning tone sounds.
The system requires driver intervention (asks you to brake or perform a maneuver). Active Cruise Control cannot restore the required distance to the vehicle ahead by itself.
The indicator does not relieve the driver of responsibility for selecting speed and driving style with regard to road conditions.

Indicator 2 flashes amber.
The conditions for Active Cruise Control operation are not met, for example: the ABS or DSC system is intervening in vehicle operation.
Active Cruise Control switches off.
Later, if necessary and road conditions permit, you can switch the system on again by pressing the lever away from you or toward you. The set speed is not restored.
