Traction Control System

~1min read

When necessary, the Traction Control System (TCS) improves vehicle stability, regardless of road surface type or tire grip, by preventing wheel slip.

As soon as the driven wheels begin to lose traction, the system reduces engine output and applies the brake to the wheel that is slipping the most. This improves vehicle stability on slippery road surfaces.

The TCS is activated when the ignition is switched on.

Warning Being aware that the vehicle has advanced safety systems should not encourage reckless driving.

Always adjust your speed to suit road conditions.
