The side airbag system consists of airbags installed in the front seatbacks. These airbags can be identified by the AIRBAG label.

The side airbag system deploys in the event of an impact of sufficient force to the specified area. The ignition must be switched on.

In a side collision, the risk of injury to the upper body and pelvis is significantly reduced.

There must be no obstructions in the area where the airbag deploys.

Use only seat covers approved for your vehicle. Do not cover the airbags.
