• Turn the key to position 1 and turn the steering wheel slightly to release the steering lock

• manual transmission:

depress the clutch pedal

• automatic transmission: move the selector lever to P or N

• do not press the accelerator pedal

• diesel engine: to preheat, turn the key to position 2 and wait until the indicator light goes off• на короткое время переведите

• briefly turn the key to position 3 and release it when the engine starts.

Before restarting or to switch off the engine, return the key to position 0.
