Wiper controls

Selection and control device for the various front and rear wipers, ensuring rain clearance and cleaning.

The various front and rear wipers on the vehicle are designed to progressively improve the driver's visibility depending on weather conditions.

Programming

Various automatic wiper control modes are also available, depending on the following options:

• Automatic sweep for the front wiper,
• Rear wiping when reverse gear is selected.

Manual controls

The driver operates the wipers directly using stalk a and ring b.

Front wiper

A. Wiper speed selector stalk:

Fast (heavy rain),

normal (moderate rain),

Intermittent (speed-sensitive),

Off,

Single sweep (press down and release),

Or

Automatic, then single sweep (see next page).

Rear wiper (Tourer)

Rear wiper (Tourer)

B. Rear wiper selector ring:

Off,

intermittent wiping,

Wash-wipe for a set duration.

Reverse gear

When reverse gear is selected, if the front wiper is operating, the rear wiper will also start.

Programming

This function is switched on or off via the configuration menu on the instrument cluster screen.

This function is activated by default.

Windscreen washer and headlamp washers

• Pull the wiper control towards you. The washer then the wiper operate for a set period of time.

The headlamp washers only operate when the dipped headlamps are on.
