OPERATING MODE

The intruder alarm operates in the following modes:

MISE EN VEILLE / MISE HORS VEILLE

STANDBY / EXIT STANDBY

Putting the alarm on standby

The vehicle is placed under protection when superlocking using the high-frequency remote control only.

Alarm on standby: a break-in or power cut triggers the siren for 30 seconds.

The alarm returns to standby at the end of the time delay or when power is restored.

Taking the alarm off standby

Whether the alarm has been triggered or not, it is taken off standby by the following operations:

  • unlocking with the high-frequency remote control,
  • or authentication of the key when switching on +APC (after unlocking with the key).

Display

An LED visible from outside, located on the volumetric deactivation push button, shows the operating mode of the alarm:

Visualisation

Note: The LED lit steadily with +APC indicates a fault on the siren control network.
