Folding the seat
To fold a rear seat without risk of damage, always start with the seat cushion, never the backrest:
- Move the corresponding front seat forward if necessary,
- lift the front of the seat cushion 1 ,
- tilt the seat cushion 1 fully against the front seat,
- check that the seat belt is correctly positioned on the side of the backrest,
- lower or remove the head restraints if necessary,
- pull control 3 forward to unlock the backrest 2 ,
- fold down backrest 2.
The seat cushion 1 can be removed to increase the luggage volume.
Refitting the seat
When returning the rear seat to position:
- raise the backrest 2 and lock it,
- fold down the seat cushion 1 ,
- raise or refit the head restraints.
When returning the rear seat to position, take care not to trap the seat belts and to position their buckles correctly.

Refitting the seat
The red indicator on control 3 must no longer be visible; otherwise, push the seat fully forward.
