For safety reasons, and because it requires the driver's constant attention, using a smartphone while driving is prohibited. Carry out these operations with the vehicle stationary. Smartphone synchronisation allows users to display apps adapted for MirrorLinkTM technology from the smartphone on the vehicle screen. Standards and rules are subject to continuous development. The smartphone must always be unlocked so that the communication system between the smartphone and the system can operate. Update the smartphone's operating system, as well as the date and time on the smartphone and the system. To see the smartphone models available for selection, go to the brand's website for your country. For safety reasons, apps can only be used when the vehicle is stationary. When driving resumes, the information they display is interrupted. Note:
  • Even if your smartphone model can be selected, some manufacturers may require you to download/install a special app beforehand to ensure compatibility with "MirrorLinkTM".

When connecting a smartphone to the
system, it is recommended that you enable the smartphone's Bluetooth function.

Connect the USB cable. The smartphone
is in charging mode when connected with the USB cable.

Press "Connected services"
from the system to display the home page.

Press "MirrorLinkTM"
to start the system app.

Start the app
from the smartphone (optional, depending on the smartphone and operating system).

Several screens
showing certain functions are displayed during the procedure.

Accept to start and complete the connection.

Once the connection is established, a page with the apps previously downloaded to the smartphone and adapted for MirrorLinkTM is displayed.

If only one app has been downloaded to the smartphone, it starts automatically.

When MirrorLinkTM is displayed, access to the various music sources is via the touch buttons on the upper bar.

Access to the system menu is possible at any time using the dedicated buttons.
